Is there a minimum order?
No minimum for account holders. Order a single box of samples or a full multifamily package — same pricing tier applies.
How does trade pricing work?
Because we import direct, your builder tier is applied to every order automatically — typically 30–40% under box-store pro-desk quotes.
Can I get samples before I commit?
Yes. Order free samples in the portal; next-day sample delivery in our core zones.
Do you handle installation too?
If you want us to, yes — add install in the portal and we book a vetted local crew to your delivery date. Prefer your own crew? Just take the material.
